Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 3-8 business days depending on your location.

Please note that once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances such as weather conditions, high carrier volume, customs processing, or other unforeseen logistical issues. These delays do not qualify for a refund as they are beyond our influence.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us and we will issue a full refund or reship your order at no additional cost. Refund or reshipment requests made before the 14-day window has passed will not be honored, as most delayed packages do arrive within this timeframe.
